the LPGA’s Duramed FUTURES Tour announces a new title sponsor for its Connecticut tour stop. ING, one of the world's

Our 11th Year and a New Home
Event Connections is excited to bring to the Wintonbury Hills Golf Club in Bloomfield CT (# 2 Rated Public Course) the 2009 CT Tour Stop of the Duramed FUTURES Tour “The ING New England Golf Classic”. We are delighted to continue the tradition of Women’s Professional Golf in Connecticut and support our local charity in raising money to support breast cancer research and education programs for the local Hospital community.
The Hartford tournament is one of 17 select markets across the country, chosen to stage a Duramed
FUTURES Tour event and we invite all to experience the excitement that only an event of this caliber can provide.
The players you will watch, during the tournament, come from as many as 31
countries around the world and they bring with them impressive credentials and
great success from previous levels of play. They will astonish you with their tee shots, amaze you with their accuracy and “humble” you with their incredible poise and grace under pressure. They are very simply the best young professional golfers in the world and they represent the next generation of LPGA stars!
